HR Generalist
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support our client's human resources functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Requirements
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with employee relations and investigations
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Recruitment and onboarding experience
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
